Please note that this simply a weight management process that focuses on the amount of food that you eat and how to manage it. It is very important that you eat healthy food all the time. Before you begin you need to find a partner who would do this diet with you at least for the first 2-3 weeks

Moses Diet consists of 3 steps that can help you reach your desired weight and stay there:

SPLIT (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)
All you have to do is serve yourself the usual amount of food per each meal and simply make a CONCIOUS DECISION to split it into 2 parts (can be 2 halves or ¼ & ¾). You must eat one part and save the rest for later. You can eat the leftover part within 60-75 minutes (OPTIONAL). Make sure you eat a healthy snack between meals as well. Remember to EAT SLOWLY!
The main goal for the first week is to get you used to the idea of eating less ” mentally” even though you are not.


WATER
Drink water before any meal and also while eating. All you can drink.


WALK
Try to walk every chance you get. Do not exhaust yourself, but you need to stay active all the time.

Follow this method for about a week then try to skip one of the leftovers and eat it the FOLLOWING day instead. Your goal should be to end up skipping all 3 leftovers and eating them the following day. At that point you shall find yourself eating half of what you used to eat before and you shall be losing weight.
When you get to the desired weight, you MUST make sure to start increasing your food consumption to the point where your weight remains stable.
